Day 1 - easy so far!

Starting the Whole30 on a busy Monday seemed like a bad April Fool's joke but here we are... as I was gorging last night on all the non-compliant foods I could eat (whoopie pie, empanadas, etc.) I found myself feeling awful afterwards. This bad feeling was the sign I needed that this will be a good thing, despite how hard it might feel at times! So far today I've had a spinach and bacon omelette, home fries, coffee, and a banana. Crystal saved me a pickle from her sandwich and now I'm off to find lunch. I might just go across the street to save time and get sushi, and eat it without the rice. Yes, that's what I did last year during Whole30. With good quality fish, it's actually tasty! Update me on your Day 1! XOXO
